Reservation |
RM 200 - 500 (depending on tour location) to be paid as
a non-refundable deposit for a seat confirmation.

by Titian Mesra Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.

Full Payment |
Balance of tour fare must be settled 21 days prior to
tour departure, otherwise reservation will be canceled
without notice.

Cancellation |
50% of tour fare will be charged if cancellation is made
14 days prior to departure. Full fare will be charged
if cancellation is made 1 week prior to departure.

Shared-room basis applied in all hotels (with bathroom
attached). There will be an additional charge for single
room occupancy. Children below 12 years old are encouraged
to share with 2 adults.

TOUR OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES |

The operators accept no responsibility for any
delay, loss or damage of luggage or any other kind, injury to
any person, acts of government or other authorities directed
against any person whose conduct is considered prejudicial to
the public security or changes in immigration regulations of
any local government during the tour. |

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS |

1. All travel arrangements are subject to alteration
at any time without prior notice for any cause, which, in the
absolute discretion of the organisers render it desirable, reasonable,
or necessary to effect such alteration.
2. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the tour due to
unforeseen circumstances or lack of participants. All participants
will be informed at least 7 days before departure. Deposits
will be fully refunded, except visa fees.
3. The organisers reserve the right NOT to send a Tour leader
to accompany a group should the group consists of 19 passengers
or less.
4. All tour fares are subject to change without prior notice
due to airfare and foreign exchange fluctuations.
5. All external links above are not endorsed by Titian Mesra
Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd.
6. Titian Mesra Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd are not responsible
for the materials provided by external websites and the consequences
of using these information. Any deviation from standard
itinerary by tour member will void the organiser's responsibility.
If member chooses to travel on another airline unstated on
the provided air ticket, he/she should bear the full cost
of his/her airfare, accommodation etc. |
